There is nothing crazily different between muscle culture whey and other products around. Muscle culture just does them all in one. A great tasting, well mixing protein powder, without breaking the bank. Which is rare these days.
We offer 3 sizes in Muscle Culture Whey. The 500g is perfect for testing a new flavour or looking for a smaller tub to travel with. The 2kg Muscle Culture is perfect balance between being cost effective whilst not committing the Muscle Culture 4kg tub.
No account is needed to place an order. Making an account just makes it easier to track your orders and seeing past orders. It can also make it easier to reorder you muscle culture when the time is right.
Yes Muscle Culture is suitable for everday use. In fact, daily usage is a great way to increase your daily protein intake.
Our Muscle Culture whey is suitable for everyone. Regular gym goers, occasional workout recovery and for people just looking for a bit more protein throughout their day.
All orders are shipped out the same day (MON-FRI) and will be delivered the next working day. Please note the order must be received by us before 1:30pm. Anything after is not guaranteed next day delivery.
Shipping is a flat rate of £4.95 for all orders under £50. Orders over £50 automatically get free next day shipping as standard.
You can track your order on our site if you have an account, if not APC will send you an email once they have collected from us.
You will get an email and text on delivery day with a time slot. If you are not in to receive your parcel please leave instructions of a safe place at checkout, or follow the instructions on the tracking email.
Please be patient, tracking may not update straight away. APC normally send their emails confirming they have received the parcel at around 8pm.
APC will attempt to deliver your parcel again the following working day, so please set a safe place if you will not be in to collect.
If two deliveries are attempted then APC will hold the parcel at your local depot to return back to us.
Once we receive the item back, redelivery can be rearranged however the standard £4.95 shipping fee applies.
Yes. You can return your Muscle Culture order within 14 days of receiving it for a full refund.
Please note items must be in their original state and unopened, due to the nature of the product. We are not responsible for the return fee, unless returning for a mistake made by us.

Please allow up to 7 working days for the refund to land back into your account, this is just an advised time by the payment provider. Most refunds are quicker than the stated time.
Although damages are extremely rare, If an item arrives damaged please get in contact as soon as possible. Providing photos of the damaged items and the outside packaging.
We will get a replacement sent out to you.
Yes you may exchange an item you have received. Same rules apply for returns, meaning postage back to ourselves is covered by yourself.
All items must be in original condition and unopened. Please make sure to package the item well to ensure no damages.
